There has been a fueling debate if the Maqui Berry is better than the Acai Berry. The chart below illustrates the fundamental differences between these two super fruits. As you can see Maqui packs more ORAC value, which means it is a heavier anti-oxidant when compared to Acai berry. However, Maqui does not contain Omega 3. I for one would rather substitute the lack of Omega-3 with another supplement as the anti-oxidant is more important to me.
